This document is an official proposal (public offer) by the OzodVPN service (ozodvpn.com), hereinafter the “Provider”, to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms set out below with any natural person who has full legal capacity (hereinafter the “User”).

Payment for the service constitutes acceptance of this offer. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded and the User is deemed to have agreed to all of its terms.

For a fee, the Provider grants the User access to the OzodVPN service, a hardware and software infrastructure that provides encrypted internet access over the Hysteria2 and VLESS Reality protocols. The service is provided as a subscription to the plan selected on the ozodvpn.com website.

The service is of an information technology nature. The Provider supplies only the means of access; the User is responsible for the content of the transmitted traffic.

The prices and contents of the plans are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are fixed and stated in Russian rubles.

Payment is made online through the Platega payment service. Available payment methods: the Faster Payments System (SBP) via QR code or from a banking app, Mir, Visa and Mastercard bank cards, and cryptocurrency. The service is deemed paid from the moment confirmation is received from the payment service. Card details are processed on the payment service’s side and are not transferred to the Provider.

The service is digital and is provided automatically and instantly after payment is confirmed. The subscription is activated in the User’s account dashboard, where the connection configurations (link, QR code and configuration file) immediately become available for import into a VPN client (Hiddify, v2rayNG, Streisand, Happ, etc.).

No separate physical delivery is required. Access remains valid for the paid subscription period.

The User may request a refund within 3 (three) days of payment if the service was not actually provided (the volume of transmitted traffic is close to zero) or if the service proved technically inoperable through the fault of the Provider.

To request a refund, send a request to info@ozodvpn.com stating the account email and the payment date. The refund is made by the same method used for payment, within 10 business days.

The User undertakes not to use the service for actions that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or of the User’s country of residence. The Provider may suspend access without a refund if abuse is detected (sending spam, attacks or other unlawful activity).

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the service running without interruption, but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions caused by force majeure or by the actions of third parties.
